Its just so great to have a holiday. After staying behind closed doors staring at the computer all month long doing assignments and essay, i finally come to a conclusion that university is tough and i always have to be on the ball. It has been a long time since i slept for hours and hours, sleeping at 3am and waking up at 12pm. Gone will be those days when i start school again on tuesday. Have been going shopping for 2 days in a row already. Went to 2 different DFO (direct factory outlet) with my friends. Bought a pants for 10 bucks and a pair of canterbury shorts for 5 bucks. They had some really great deals there i must say. Went to koorong on monday, it was AMAZING! I love the children's bible, they were so colourful with beautiful drawings. Wish i was a kid again! Maybe i am! Basically, it feels so good to shop.
Went to watch a chick flick today. The cinderella story. It was a typical hollywood fairy tale. A charming prince falling in love with a plain looking diner girl who scrubs floors and abused by her stepmother and stepsisters. As usual, the prince is charming... and hillary duff is just plain looking. Its like a typical show that a girl will watch just to get herself out of reality and indulge in the fantasy world. But after the show, reality slams back into my face... fairy tales never meant to happen in reality. WHY?
Well, watever....watching wimbleton tmr. Another lovey dovey story about tennis. I am so in the mood now to watch all these chick flicks. I just want to keep fantasizing and never get back into reality...Work, Study and no Play!
Sigh! I really don't want school to start so soon. But well, one must not try to delude herself!
