Sick of home, Home Sick

Just yesterday, i was homesick AGAIN! I remembered when i was back home, i used to be so sick of home at certain times. I can't wait to get out of house. I used to envy those who were able to leave home... to be free away from their families and to be independent.
Sigh but now i just admired those who can go home everyday to their home and family. Indeed there is a high price to pay for the so called "independence" that i was dying to have since young. Yet i reckon, being independent doesn't really means we have to live alone and free from the clutches of our seemingly 'cruel' parents. I think i have mixed up independence and escaping or avoiding the naggings of our 'long-winded' parents. Isn't it an irony to be sick of home when you are at home and home sick when you are away from home. I haven figured out which is best for me.. Is being sick of home a better feeling or is being homesick, a torturous feeling althogether?
Afterall, this is LIFE!

Had my chemistry prac this morning, was talking to my new chem partner. A Lebanese who is taking science. I was just talking to him about biochemistry and pharmacology as my major. He was just telling me that the combi is pretty interesting, the only thing is the long hours. Apparently it is 5 hours of lab for each unit that i have to take, which adds to a total of 10 hours of lab per week for only a major in biochem. Man! I was still hoping for a cut of 10 hours of school from my all so packed timetable. Compared to the 9 hours of school per week for the commerce students, how lucky are they man! Should have taken that in the first place. To think lati was complaining about her long days which add up to about 9 hours a week. What is she complaining about man? Indeed i am looking forward to my lifeless time next year.
Where is my life?

Just a note to my little DARLINGS back home. How's life? Betcha having a bad time without me! HAHA! Come to think about it, i miss chilling with you guys at BREKKO's (our favourite hangout). How's everybody doing man? Hey Dr. Wang and J-A-S-L-I-N-E , how did your birthdays go? Oh man, you guys are officially joining the 20's club. But dun worry, i will be joining you guys soon. Bu ren lao bu xing! Got to go enjoy the remaining days of being 19..haha! Muacks!
