Was pulled out of bed early this morning!
Started the day with dim sum at Maxim Palace. For the day i was treated as a queen! (here comes the favourite part)
Went to Ocean Park Hong Kong at 11.30 am. It is so cool.. it is on a mountain and it consists of 2 different parts of the mountain! THe Headland and the Lowland and it is linked by cable car. Took alot of rides and saw alot of animals. I love the Giant Panda, so cuddly and cute except i witnessed their excretion. I wonder why they seperate the Male (an an) and the Female (hui hui) pandas in 2 different 'cages'? Shouldn't they let them mate since they are endangered. Besides the Panda, there is the Great White Shark, BIG and Feriocious looking.
Took a stimulator ride! Really cool although i still prefer the one in movie world which is 3D but at least it has water spray and electric shock feeling. Being the ever fearless one, i had to drag my sister to sit the abassy with me which is also known as SUdden Drop. So far thats the only ride that i still have a little adrenalin rush for. Roller coaster was pretty fun going in circles and i really love curry fishballs.
Watched the all so famous Ocean Theatre Show. Dolphins and Seals dancing and jumping at great heights. It is the most exciting and interesting show that i have watched. Really enjoyed it, except for the squeezing due to the enormous crowd of people. Watched another christmas sensation, the nutcracker on ice. On the way back to meet my mum at admiralty station, we walked past this place where they spurt out 'snow' which is soap. Although i really dream of a white christmas but well i will just make do then.
Dinner was good! Roast Pigeons.... Absoulutely delicious. I dunnoe if it is supposed to taste like chicken or duck, but i would say abit of both. Dinner was fantastic! It was followed by a little drive through the city looking at christmas lights. I would still have to commend Singapore for doing a better job at the lights. I still prefer Singapore's lighting, Hong Kong is not even close there.
Bought my Birthday ice- cream cake at Haigen Diaz and managed to cut the cake before 12! Super full now...
Basically my thoughts about being 20:

Well, although i really do not want to be labelled as 20 but i still have to accept this unfortunate fact. Maybe cause it is the acknowledgement of being 20 that i have not come to terms with. i just can't believe my teengae years are over. It only seems like yesterday that i turn 13...
8 years have passed by so quickly...and soon i will be 21! Much as i refuse to accept the fact that i am old, everyone around me seems to be reminding me about it. I guess not that i have come to realise i can't change the fact that i am growing older, i am not that scared anymore. Not that scared about the changes that i have to face. Maybe not as much as what it would be when i am 21 but at least this is the preparation period and it is the last year as a young adult. So why not stop complaining and just enjoy this year to the fullest, afterall there are alot out there who are wishing they are still 20!
