Healthy Living
REcently i have been doing alot of grocery shopping and i realised that i am such a junk person. Never sis i realised that i have bought all sorts of junks eg: Sara Lee Mud cake (they are the best) 2 packets of Corn chips - Doritos and CC's (found out that CC's corn chips are slightly less fattenning that Doritos) Ice Cream, Nutella chocalate, cream cheese, Tim Tams (of different flavours), Calbury chocalate, drinking Marshmallows, Bisc &( akind of bisquit that has got mars or m&m or milkyway or Twix toppings on top! really good!) 4 cans of campbell soup (if you call that unhealthy), Muesli bars (choc coated), 2 cans of Spam, 2 packets of Oreo Cookies! thats about all the unhealthy food i have!
Moving on to my fridge, I have Chicken, Pork Mushroom, Youghurt (98% fat free) Milk, Eggs and noodles! Yup! NO greens at all!
My housemates can testify to the amount of junk i eat and they have decided to start eating my junk if i ever dare buy it again! They were willing to sacrifice themselves for me! How great right! Actually they told the convenience store lady to stop selling me tim tams or ice cream! Well, kinda get addicted to tim tams that i am beginning to substituting them for rice and noodle, they are becoming my STAPLE food!
Went to a korean restaurant fo lunch just and they were telling us about Healthy Rice Day (which is today) TOday is the only day where they served us rice that is healthy, made with white rice mixed ith beans and other healthy stuff and it was really nice! SO i have decided and pledge that i will start or try to eat healthy from now on! which means LESS corn chips and anything that is choc.
So go healthy and lets dedicate this day to the Koreans!
